Which size boot should I order?
Measure your foot in the afternoon wearing your hiking socks, then check the brand's size chart on the product page. Leave about a thumb's width in front of your toes for downhill sections. Still unsure? Send us your usual size and we will help.
How warm does my sleeping bag need to be?
Go by the comfort rating, not the extreme rating, and pick a bag rated a few degrees colder than the coldest night you expect. Pair it with an insulated sleeping mat: the ground takes more warmth than the air.
Does your gear come with a warranty?
Yes. All gear comes with its manufacturer's warranty. Normal wear, such as worn soles or abraded fabric, is not a defect.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is dispatched with tracking, and delivery is free on orders over the amount shown in your cart. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.
Can I return boots?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Try boots on indoors first: boots that have been worn outdoors cannot be returned. See our refund policy for the details.
